Event Management Module for Campus Open Day

Planning and management of seminars and small visitor groups is relatively straightforward. Some can be managed using paper administration, but most need some form of database or perhaps a spreadsheet.

Larger events have more planning and management dimensions. In the StudentRelate Event Management Module, attendees are on the Maximizer CRM database as are all the invitation and attendance arrangements as well as the e-campaigns that create awareness. The relationship with contacts, prospective attendees and signed-up participants has full CRM support with all transactions (notes, documents, e-mails) recorded and shared within the administrative team.

Planning and managing agreements and responsibilities of staff presenters and hosts needs to tak account of location information as well as attendance.  Very large events with many sessions and locations, uses a logical data structure that is not supported in Maximizer's data tables and this is managed in the Events module
