University students are becoming more demanding on academic issues, Student Services and the student life experience. They are increasingly seeing themselves as customers and feel more empowered to complain if their needs are not being met. Nowhere is this more important than in the area of student services and in particular disability services.

Heads of Student services are now investing in StudentRelate service management CRM systems to help increase the quality of service delivered.
