StudentRelate now used in 10 Universities.30/03/2007
The number of universities currently using StudentRelate for Student Services CRM has just moved into double figures. Universities have been using StudentRelate for managing services for disabled students for over 10 years; the first users being University of Lincoln in 1996.
Clearly the system continues to deliver value and has retained its original match between users' needs for ease-of-use and the functionality required for an effective student service CRM system. To complete 10 student CRM projects in that time may seem like no serious achievement; but actually nine of the projects have taken place in the last 5 years, and now with the University of Cambridge there are 10 universities using StudentRelate.
The requirement was for increased stability so staff could trust the system, an easy-to-use student CRM system so the amount of training for new staff is minimized, and scalability so it was safe to increase both staffing levels and numbers of students on the database. It was also a desirable feature that the system could be fed daily with updated data from the main university registry system.
